Behind the name “Mister Tafelspitz” stands a passionate chef who has dedicated himself entirely to traditional Viennese cuisine. With years of experience, great dedication, and a fine sense for quality, he prepares the Tafelspitz to perfection – tender, aromatic, and classically served.
His recipe? The best Austrian beef quality, fresh root vegetables, apple horseradish – and a whole lot of attention to detail.
